Projection Photography

As part of my IB Visual Arts exploration across multiple mediums, I experimented with photography by projecting my graffiti artwork onto friends who posed as models. Instructed to maintain neutral expressions, their bodies became blank silhouettes—living canvases for my projections. This series investigated how text and form interact, using light and shadow to challenge the boundaries between artwork and viewer, subject and medium. The fusion of human presence with projected graffiti allowed me to explore themes of identity, expression, and impermanence in a new, dynamic way.
